The Yatra Committee is glad to inform you that the annual Yatra of Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda congregation for the year 2024 will be to Varanasi and Ayodhya. Please read the following details carefully before registering for the Yatra. This year Yatra will be organized in two parts.
Part A –Varanasi
Part B –Ayodhya
Devotees can register either for Part A or Part B or both. Please select your choice carefully at the time of filling of the Yatra registration form.

IMPORTANT :
Please note that travelling from Varanasi to Ayodhya to be arranged by Yatra participants at their own cost. Please book this ticket as per your convenience.
● Check out time from Varanasi hotel 10 AM on 6th October 2024
● Check in time in hotel at Ayodhya 12 Noon on 6th October 2024
● Children under 5 years of age (as of 1stOctober 2024) are waived of registration charges. HOWEVER, THEY ALSO NEED TO BE REGISTERED. Please note that they will not be eligible for a separate seat during internal bus travel and no separate bed will be provided to them in the room. In case a separate seat is required, they have to pay the half Yatra charges.
● For children from age 5 years to 10 years Yatra charges will be half of those adult charges.
ELIGIBILITY
The minimum qualification for applying for the Yatra is as follows:
1. Applicants should be chanting a minimum of 08 rounds of the Hare Krishna Mahamantra daily and following the four regulative principles including refrain from tea & coffee.
2. Applicants should be attending weekly ISKCON satsang programs on a regular basis.
3. Applicants should follow the prescribed dress code of Dhoti-kurta for men and Sari for women during the Yatra.
4. Applicants must NOT have any objection from his/her Counsellor/ Spiritual Guide/ Authority/ Guardian/ Regional Facilitator.
REGISTRATION
● Registration is MANDATORY for all devotees attending the Yatra including
brahmacharis, sevaks of different departments and children less than 5 years of age.
● Devotees can register online through Google form or offline at ISKCON Belagavi/Dharwad/Karwar temple.
● Online registration facility is not available for devotees residing in Belagavi, Dharwad and Karwar. They must register by visiting
local ISKCON temple.
● Link to join YatraWhatsAppGroup : YatraWhatsApp Group. All yatra related information ( during yatra and prior to yatra) will be posted here from time to time
● Submission of Aadhar card copy at the time of registration is mandatory.
Devotees registering online should attach aadhar card copy to Google form.
● Aadhar card is mandatory for all the members including children below 5 years of age.

PAYMENT OF YATRA FEE (for other than Belagavi / Dharwad / Karwar devotees)
- If you are registering online through Google form then please make payment online to the given bank account number mentioned below.
- The online payment should be made only from bank located in India.
- You need to mention transaction number and date of the payment, in the Google form.

- If you are registering at ISKCON Belgaum/Dharwad/Karwar temple then you need to make the payment by cash only.
- Devotees can make yatra payment in two installments. Second installment should be paid before June 30th 2024.
- If registrations exceed the accommodation available, all new registrations will be put on a waiting list. If Yatra Committee is able to arrange for additional accommodation, the waiting list will be confirmed. Otherwise, these devotees will have to try for substitution or cancel their Yatra participation.
- Registration shall be strictly non-transferable, i.e. once registered you cannot interchange it with anyone else, except with prior approval of the Yatra Committee.
- Registration with a late fee payment of Rs.500/-will start from 17th May and will be allowed till 31st May, subject to the availability of accommodation.
- The final decision in all matters will be at the sole discretion of the Yatra Committee.
SUBSTITUTION
● If any devotee has paid for the registration and cannot come for the Yatra, he/ she can find a substitute. The onus of finding a substitute lies with the devotee who is cancelling, but the Yatra Committee can provide help.
● Once paid, the registration & accommodation charges will not be refunded. A fee of Rs 500 from a devotee who is coming as a substitute and a fee of Rs 500 from a devotee, who is cancelling, will be charged by the Yatra Committee. However, wait-listed devotees will get full refunds. Substitution will be allowed till 20th September 2024.
TRAVEL
1. Travel arrangements from one’s place of residence to Varanasi/Ayodhya and return have to be made by the participants on their own.
2. Travel arrangements from Varanasi to Ayodhya have to be made by the participants on their own.
3. The Yatra Committee will make internal bus travel arrangements for visiting various holy places in Ayodhya during the Yatra wherever required.
4. Auto rickshaw/cab charges wherever required should be paid by yatra participants
5. Please note, no vehicle is permitted (not even auto rickshaw) in the vicinity of Rama lalla temple in Ayodhya. Be prepared to walk for 1.5-2km to get the darshan of Rama lalla.

FORCE MAJEURE
- If Yatra needs to be cancelled due to a natural catastrophe or any unavoidable reasons, the Yatra Committee will refund the amount after deducting the expenses already incurred.
